These two new oils are done from photos and plein-air paintings of Lloyd’s Park on Hwy 22X and the back road heading west from the Leighton Center.

Roads leading ahead are a great compositional device, and are also a reminder to keep advancing and evolving on both a personal and a spiritual level.

In between all of the summer fun with our grandchildren, I painted four new pieces on the rainy days.

Just returned from a trip to Vancouver Island. These two paintings were done for my nephew Graham and his wife Ashley,  and given to them for their wedding. (July 9th 2010).
